Return Policy
Sound Reading Solutions’s educational products should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we have a 7 day money-back guarantee.


To return or exchange an item:
1.Contact a Customer Care Specialist at Sound Reading Solutions by calling 1-607-273-1370, or by sending an e-mail to returns@soundreading.com to obtain a Return Authorization number. (Hereinafter referred to as the RA#.)

3. Secure your item, all of the original packing materials and the Return Authorization form in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (boxes are available at your local post office if you do not have one). Please Note: Returned materials not accompanied by all of the original documentation will not be honored. All returned materials must be in new and unworn condition.

4. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area and address the package to:

5. Send the package by registered mail, as this is the safest way to ship items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice. Sound Reading Solutions is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Our Quality Assurance Team will evaluate your returned item upon receipt. You will receive notification via email regarding your return or exchange within five business days.


The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Items that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Your request will be processed after our Quality Assurance team inspects and verifies the condition of the return. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted.

We will refund the full cost of the return not including your shipping and handling charges.


Credit
You can expect a refund within 14 full business days of our receiving your returned product. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.


Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Care Specialist within 5 business days of receipt at 1-607-273-1370. Please supply the Specialist with your name, e-mail address, phone number and have all of your original documentation provided with your shipment available. Sound Reading Solutions will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.

If there is extensive damage to the package upon delivery, please refuse the order and contact a Customer Care Specialist immediately at 1-607-273-1370. Please have your order confirmation number available when you contact the Customer Service Specialist.

Allow 14 full business days to process your refund once the item is back in the possession of Sound Reading Solutions. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
